Tech professionals remain in high demand through 2012, said a recent survey by Dice.com. The survey states 65 percent of hiring professionals surveyed indicated their companies or clients look to add technology professionals in H1 2012.

A recent CDW survey said, "Seventy-six percent of 1,045 IT decision-makers polled plan to replace or install new hardware for some portion of their enterprises. Their top spending priorities are PCs (60 percent), security (55 percent), cloud computing (50 percent), virtualization (41 percent) and mobility (39 percent).”

Why the Demand for IT Staff?
